Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel from Profile → Manage plan, where that control is available, or email [email protected] from the address on your account.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access remains available until the end of the already-paid billing period. Cancelling does not itself refund a completed payment.

Email [email protected] with the account email, payment date, amount, transaction or receipt ID, and a short explanation. Never send a password or full card number.

We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and normally issue a decision within 10 business days.

Examples include duplicate charges, verified unauthorised payments, a material service failure that prevented delivery, or where applicable law requires a refund. Credits or digital services already consumed are generally non-refundable unless the service failed or law requires otherwise.

Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers commonly need an additional 5–10 business days to post the funds. Crypto refunds, where supported, are handled case by case after ownership and destination checks.
